At Guize Face FX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If by any chance you are not completely satisfied with yoru Guize Face FX products, we guarantee to process eligible products for return in exchange for a refund less shipping or replacement the easiest way possible. Please note that only products purchased and processed through our official website www.guizefacefx.com will be honored.
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN
We accept unused makeup product returns for refund or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date. Please return the item in its original packaging and provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product damages due to shipping should be returned within 7 days from the receipt of package.
On the other hand, we will gladly provide in-store credit for returned slightly used makeup products together with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

For proper return processing, delivery confirmation and credit issuance, please return your package with an insured carrier (e.g.USPS Parcel Post, UPS or FEDEX) and retain a receipt for your records. This will protect you in the event that the items is damaged or lost in transit. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage or for lost or misdelivered items.
Please note that all products need to be returned in order to receive a full refund. Please allow 10 business days for Guize Face FX to receive and process your return. We shall credit or refund the value for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item, less shipping and handling.
The refund process will be subject to approval after receiving the product and proper documentation for the product return. Guize Face FX may offer a full or partial refund depending on the product condition upon receipt and reason for return.
Once approved, we will process it upon receiving the returned product(s) provided that you sent them back to us in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed on the same account used for the transaction and may not be transferrable to other bank accounts.
We do not process any returns for exchange and refund for samples, complimentary gift, gift packages, gift cards, vouchers and products purchased on sale.
